These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.wiseguideco.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Wise Guide Co. This Site is an ecommerce website.

Intellectual Property and Images
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Wise Guide Co. This includes, but is not limited to documents, downloadable files, and anything else that contributes to the composition of our Site. Included in many of our guides are images that have been sourced by the third parties, and to each of those images, we have included a listing to give credit to the original owners or creators of those images. The images (those of which are not the property of Wise Guide Co.) have been used via the fair use guidelines from Canva online website and the continuing subscription held by Wise Guide Co. and its owner. The guides which contain images not created by Wise Guide Co. personally have been sourced from Canva and all contain a Content License Agreement under the Canva Pro account maintained by Wise Guide Co. All terms of the Canva Content License Agreement are met and being maintained.

Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally , not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to;

• Harass or mistreat other users of our site
• Violate the rights of other users of out Site
• Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site
• Hack into the account of another user of the Site
• Ace in any way that could be considered unethical or fraudulent

If we believe that you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

Accounts
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account (and information included in your guides purchased), including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account
2. All personal information that you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions

Sale of Good and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods and services available on our Site. These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods/services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our products are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee that the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase our products/services from our Site at your own risk.

Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically will renew and you will be automatically billed each month until we receive notification that you want to cancel your current subscription by you choosing the cancel option on your account.

You are able to cancel your subscription at any time without hassle or penalty. Once a billing period is in process, cancelling your subscription will mean that you will not be billed for the upcoming month/billing cycle and going forward. We do not issue refunds for months or billing periods that are already paid for and in progress.

Payments
We accept online payments via credit and PayPal. When you provide us with your payment details and information, you are authorizing us to use and access the payment instrument that you have chosen to use. By providing the details and payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment method.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for the purchase of any of our products or services offered on the Site.

Limitation of liability
Wise Guide Co and its owners will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless, Wise Guide Co and its owners from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will post a notification on our site to notify customers/users of the site whenever changes are made.
